2. Description of Service

Garage Manager is a car build planning and visualization tool that allows users to:

• Upload and scan car details
• Track parts and build progress
• Visualize car modifications (Pro/Premium plans)
• Organize and save parts information

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use Garage Manager. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• The accuracy of information you provide

4. Subscription and Payments

Garage Manager offers free (Basic) and paid (Pro/Premium) subscription plans:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, build data, notes). By uploading content, you grant ThatAppCompany a license to use it to provide the App's services, including:

• Processing photos for visualization features
• Storing data on our servers
• Using anonymized data to improve AI features

We will never share your content publicly without your permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Upload content you don't have rights to
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Resell or redistribute App features
• Use the App to harm others or the service

7. Visualization Disclaimer

The visualization features in Garage Manager provide approximations of how modifications may look on your car. Actual results may vary based on:

• Photo quality and lighting
• Part specifications and fitment
• Real-world installation variables

ThatAppCompany is not responsible for parts purchases or modifications based on App visualizations. Always verify fitment with suppliers.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by ThatAppCompany and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THATAPPCOMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
